  • Three minute relaxation

Second Hour:

  • Stress related illness
  • Mood changes
  • Behavior
  • Self care
  • Five minute relaxation

Third Hour:

  • Workplace stress
  • Discussion on communication
  • Communication techniques
  • Journal writing
  • Ten minute relaxation

Fourth Hour:

  • Movement
  • Deep breathing
  • Yoga
  • Fifteen minute relaxation

Each participant receives an audio tape of meditation and yoga for stress release.
