This workshop applies classical yoga techniques and focus on areas of the body that need stretching and strengthening during pregnancy. Improve lower back and abdominal muscles, develop your own breathing rhythm, and visualize your powers of effective visualization for a birth that is alive with awareness and focused on empowerment for both mother and baby. Carmela has taught this workshop for twelve years and is a pioneer in prenatal yoga in the Boston area.
